Do you ship internationally?
No, we exclusively ship to locations in India.
How Do I Follow Up on My Order?
You will receive mail and an SMS with your tracking information and the courier partner as soon as your order is completed and shipped.
How much time will it take to deliver the order?
Orders are usually processed in two to three working days. Depending on your location, delivery to you may take anywhere from two to seven working days after dispatch.
Can My Order Be Cancelled?
We apologise; once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Who is your logistics partner?
We Use premium delivery partners for safe delivery such as (Delhivery, FedEX, Bluedart,DTDC, Xpressbees, Ecom, Ekart etc)
How much does shipping cost?
• For orders over 499/-within India, we provide FREE DELIVERY; for orders less than 499, our usual shipping fee is 80.
Do you own a store or an outlet?
No, we don't have a walk-in store; instead, we are entirely online. You can contact us by email, WhatsApp, or Instagram.

How can I receive my refund back?
Even though there isn't a refund option available, a refund will always be given as a credit in the form of a coupon code only.
Can I return my order, please?
Toa Jewels does not have a return or exchange policy. We only exchange products when there is damage sustained during transit, and in that event, we require a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video. We don't have a cancellation or return policy.
Will I receive the same as shown ?
Yes, we have a policy of "You Receive, What you see". All our products are shot under natural lighting in our in-house studio to give you the best and right product images.
