Return and Refund Policy
Order refunds, exchanges, and returns are not accepted. We make every effort to fulfil your order which has been placed. So once the order is confirmed, then it can’t be cancelled or modified. However, If we cannot process your order, we will contact you and discuss what best can be done with your order. Orders placed successfully on the www.toajewels.in website cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, and there is no point in refunding your amount.
We are not liable or responsible to pay back or refund if the courier is returned or cannot be delivered because of problems with the courier business or the customer (incorrect address, incorrect phone number, problems with services, out-of-service area, etc.).
Nevertheless, Your order is returnable if any wrong, damaged, or defective products were shipped to you. You may return your purchase within one day of order delivery. Your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It must also be in its original packing with all free gifts provided. A clear and correct video recording of the opening box is required for that. You must contact customercaretoajewels@gmail.com with the recorded video attached. The video should play without any interruption from beginning to end. First, the parcel should be seen in a video from all angles, showing that it is packed and bearing the billing information. We have the right to refuse your request for a return of the product if we discover that the video has been edited, is unclear, was not recorded correctly, or has unclear details.
You must ship us the items you want to return along with all original packing and free gifts, making sure to keep them securely within their original boxes or packaging, as soon as we confirm that your return request has been approved. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within five days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer.
The item or items must be in their original, unused state with intact packaging. If the product or products are shipped without their original packaging or damaged, we will not be able to process the refund coupon code. Please return the product(s) using a reliable courier service, and after it ships, share the tracking information.
As soon as we receive your returned package, the final process begins. Within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your package, we will notify you. We will determine the appropriate refund in accordance with our return policy following the quality assessment. Although we don’t have any option for refund but in case of return, refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code has a one year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the one year period for your purchase.
Relevant Deductions
Total of ₹200 towards the non-acceptance of prepaid orders and returned orders will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the orders being shipped back to our warehouse. The balance amount will be shared in the form of a refund coupon code via email. No bank transfer/credit to source will be provided for packages returned.
